I cant see edit button to change account type

I am just starting as a seller on ebay and trying to change my account from personal to business but I cant see the edit button to change the account type.

Resolved! I can not sell more than one item every ten days and I have gone to seller pref. and can not delete

I have had this problem for 6 months called ebay 12 X talked to 12 chat people and they all make me explain over and over to one person after another up to six times and then I get disconnected . I feel like ebay is trying to psychologically kill me....

Resolved! Canceling an order

Due to the seller being on vacation, both seller and buyer agreed to cancel the order. But I am not sure how to do that. Any help out there? Thanks
