how long does it take for a valet to list your products.

Hello,How long does it take for a valet to list your products? Its been 2 weeks today since I sent four items to them... the package was delivered to an individual so I know they recieved it.Thanks for your help....

Still being charged %7 on guitar and bass category

Am I the only one with this issue ?many of my sales from May 16th has been charged %7 instead of the new %3.5 rate. All the sales are under guitar and bass catagory. What the best way to handle this ? should I call ebay or try something else ?
