Chinese buyer with US shipping address, I don't accept foreign PayPal

I accepted an offer because they had a legit US shipping address, but I don't accept foreign PayPal. I asked him to pay with a US registered PayPal acct. Am I obligated to honor this purchase and allow a foreign PayPal transaction?
