Printed a couple dozen labels on Paypal, still show unshipped on ebay

Do I seriously have to enter each tracking number manually?I used Paypal because it is faster when printing a lot of labels, seeing as ebay's multi-shipping page is a huge mess.But now what?

Adding a drop down menu to existing listing

I read on a nother post you can add a drop down menu from a draft listing. Can I add one to an existing listing? It is for a customizable item. I would like to show choices for different sizes. I see them on other listings.
