Customer payment default rates 5-10%. EBay does nothing

I sell on average expensive items. Buyers renege on paying. EBay issues a non-payment strike which is a toothless punishment. Why not charge buyers 10% fee on their next three purchases as punishment?

ebay messes up ETA

I'm getting alot of buyers saying that I'm telling them (When really it's ebay's generated ETA) that they bought yesterday and the ETA to them is 12/22. How is ebay doing that? I have 1 day handling, but everything is First Class Mail. Today is 12/19...

Ebay tracking not showing up.

Anyone else having this problem? When I click on the tracking number in my sold listings, I get this "We're unable to show the shipping status at this time. Please try again later". It's been happening since yesterday.
