Anyone else just get opted in to the guaranteed delivery program?

I woke up to day checked my messages and found Ebay had opted me into the Guaranteed Delivery Program. I opted out but I am still waiting for the page to refresh. I want nothing to do with it. It is still showing up on all of my listings.
