For what it's worth. After over 2 hours on hold I was finally able to speak with an eBay employee. Official word is "We hope to have it fixed within 48 hours ~ AND ~ if not by then at least by the next seller evaluation which is July 20"

Vacation mode is on but still receiving offers

If your store is on vacation mode your listing are hidden, right? If not then how can I be protected if I need to cancel an order if someone buys an item while I am away. I don't want to hurt my metrics.

Inflated Number Of "Views" In Listings

Has anyone else noticed that the number of "viewers" for listings seems extremely inflated? Almost impossible, stupid numbers? I assumed it was just another technical glitch, but it's been going on for at least a month.
