PayPal fee when selling on eBay?

Hello! I have a question about the PayPal fees. From what I know, PayPal takes %2.9 + $0.3 fees from total value including shipping cost. However, for some of the items I have sold so far, the fees are higher than they should be and I’m not sure why....
