Time to return buyer's money after a return has been received changed from 6 days DOWN to only 2.

I find it typical that Ebay makes such changes without notifying its sellers.Quite interesting is that when a seller opens a claim for nonpayment the buyer gets a LONG time period to pay.Everything Ebay does is for the buyer's benefit.
