A buyer will pick up sold item-how handle tracking?

I make all my listings with a check mark on the local pick up box as well as shipping. A buyer would like to pick up his purchase tomorrow so how do I deal with adding the tracking # or making sure that eBay knows he picked up the item? Thanks!
