Why does my listing still say (to me) "buyer pays" for shipping?

I tried changing it to "free shipping" -- I pay, but the listing tells me that Buyer Pays. But I don't want that. Why does it tell me that? I have free shipping in the title, but when I look at my items under my account, it says, "Buyer pays."
