How to access bulk shipping from the new SOLD listings page

has anyone else been switched over to the new ebay listings SOLD page? I like the layout but it is missing some features the old page had. I cant seem to access the bulk shipping page like before, I can go to the ship items page but there is not bulk...

How to increase quantity of items for sale?

I recently sold one item on ebay, it then closed the listing. How am I supposed to add the quantity of items so the listing doesn't "end" when one person buys it?

Buyer claims to have received an empty package
