Item "returned to sender" (me, the seller). Now buyer wants a refund. Buyer's address was wrong.

Item "returned to sender" (me, the seller). Now buyer wants a refund. Buyer's address was wrong. So do I have to refund? Can I do partial refund, withholding the shipping I paid for a wrong address?
