I'm wondering if I missed an eBay announcement along the way. I used to be able to see watchers on the public listing/selling pages. Now I can only see watchers in my store on the Seller Hub. Is this normal now or do I have a glitch? Thanks!

Resolved! By mistake I sent an item twice! Only one was bought!

Now the buyer does not want to return the item (even if he sent a return label) or refund the money. What can be done?

"authorized seller" now a choice of search options (like completed, sold, etc.)

I just noticed this new option to limit your search results. It is just above the "completed items" check box. I can find no information on this. Anyone know how to qualify for that?
