Can I sell tools of a long deceased person who has their social security number and name engraved on

I have many tools to sell that have great grandfathers social security number and name engraved on. They are machinist tools and would like to sell on eBay. Removing would probably ruin the aesthetics of these tools.

I tried to put a Youtube Video in a listing and it would not let me do that. It said eBay does not allow active content in a listing. Is Youtube videos allowed ? And if so how do I put it in the listing ?
