after the first couple days you get no more views

no more selling for 7 or 10 days, after the first couple days you get no more views, items just sit there

Shipping fees and PayPal

All of a sudden my shipping fees are being deducted directly from my checking account and not from my Paypal balance. It just started this week. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried to contact Paypal but they were no help.
