Why do buyers get to chose whether they even pay for a purchase or not. Should payment be immediate like every other retail site? Your policy makes no sense.

Buyer suspicious asking for gift card and PayPal phishing

I had a buyer who wanted to buy my Xbox one then buyer asked me to ship to overseas Nigeria, not their address as well as ITunes $100 gift card, and asked me to go down to the post office to ship to Nigeria.
