Cancelled Order Showing Ship Now - Past Due - Late Shipment

I cancelled an order and refunded the buyer 10 days ago and it is still showing up in my sold listings as need to ship. There is now a past due shipping notice on it. Why is this happening and how do I clear this up?

2019 Postage Rates
