GTC listing ended ... and i didn't end it.

I received a email from ebay today saying "Relisting is as easy as 1 2 3". It shows a listing I had for a Dickies t-shirt that was now ended and gives me a link to re-list it. The problem is, I didn't end it. Has this happened to anyone else?
