Resolved! Am I missing something or is eBay tacking onto Sales Tax?

Got an order from another state which has a 6.25% sales tax for that state. (my state sales tax is 6.625%). Purchase total for this order with shipping comes to $24.35. Why did "tax collected by eBay" come to $2.00 even?! Am I missing something?
