Have a listing i want to revise. When i check the listing on my selling page then select edit the listing edit page comes up but it will not let me change my price. How do i get the edit listing page to allow me to change the price as an option?

I am confused. I thought EBAY collected the sales tax on all the orders from the buyer and remits it. It doesn't come to me, right? Has this changed in 2020? Do I have to keep up with the sales tax that they collect and submit?
