When I send an offer to 5 buyers watching my item, do they know 4 other buyers received the same offer at the same time? Or do they just know I sent an offer to them? I never had any luck at all with sending out offers!

Why is eBay asking me to pay the app for using it?!?!

Hell no I will not oh one cent to eBay which was the oldest website to sell and shop FOR FREEEEE. I will not pay one cent. I am not paying 10 bucks a month for an app I barely use.
