Seller now charged for ending auction early+

I see where I was now charged $7.43 for ending my auction for $34.99 . I made a mistake in the listing. This is totally unfair to sellers. Why aren't buyers charged for not paying. I have had 4 no pays in the last two weeks.

Is it Harder to Dispute An Apple Pay Transaction?

Wouldn't it be harder for the Buyer to claim it was unauthorized or fraudulent? How would that chargeback work? Does Apple get involved at all?
