Promote listing

So what other alternative ways can I do to promote my listing and what I'm selling apart from promote ad rate? I'm trying to figure out what can I do to get some selling going on. Unless, Ad rate is the only way, I don't know where else to share it.

East coast seller and i am only getting west coast buyers

I don't mind west coast buyers but it is weird that I only get west coast buyers. I offer free shipping and the West coast is much more expensive for me.
