Is there a way to pay for charitable donations without going through Paypal? I'm no longer using Paypal and have removed it from my eBay account but it still shows up as the only way to pay for my charitable donations. Can anyone help?

If a person uses up their free listings and goes over with the new payment system, how and when are those fees paid? Out of the funds for newly sold items, or separately invoiced monthly?
