Ebay tracking for Ebay standard envelopes

Has anyone had problems with Ebay tracking with Ebay standard envelopes not being posted for up to a week after mailing items? Some of my items have been sitting for 7-10 days at the PO where I dropped them off.

Resolved! Unable to sell old vintage credit cards on managed payments

I am unable to list vintage expired credit cards in collectibles credit cards, because I am on managed payments, so everyone who is not on this can list them? Isn’t this discrimination? People collect these old cards.
