Unable to Revise Items

I'm trying to revise a listing and but when I click on the "Revise Your Item" from the listing's page, all I get is a pop-up that says "No Drafts Were Specified". HELP!!!

What does this actually mean? Which categories are affected is my main takeaway from reading this. The announcement laced specifics. Parts can be most anything. Just automotive? Electronic, ....?
