Cancelled Orders or Unpaid Orders still show as needing feedback

Is there a way to get rid of cancelled or unpaid orders not showing up as needing feedback? It's ridiculous. We are not allowed to leave negative feedback on unpaid (or any). They eventually drop off but it takes months.
