Hello, i wish to start selling on ebay.so i open a payoneer account.but on my ebay account, there is no place to link payonner to my ebay.can i know the reason for it.

So is there eBay phone customer service support available? Or not??

I have a global shipping program buyer who opened a case saying their item was not received. Sure enough, it is in the UK but is marked as "delayed" - presumably because of COVID-19. When I try to respond to the request, it asks me to sign into ebay....
