My friend and I are having editing issues.

We cannot list items due to the fact that you cannot edit anything. We use laptops only. No cell phone. I called eBay and they told me that sellers can't edit. When is this going to get fixed?

I am offering free shipping and yet it keeps letting buyers choose what kind of shipping they want instead of what I have set up. How can I stop them from changing it since I am the one paying for it? Denise
