Some drop down boxes in item specifics don't work when I try my choice. .

Like for postcards, it won't allow me to name the artist or subject but I must choose where none apply. Even when it says "Enter your own" I do and it goes blank after I type in the correct answer.

HOW in the world can I stop eBay from continuously re-listing an item?

I’ve followed instructions from older posts, and it seems the format has changed often enough to render these instructions obsolete. Just how do I do this as of Nov 2021? Thanks in advance!
