Resolved! Ebay listed an item that had already sold.

EBay auto relisted an item that sold. Buyer send a cancellation. Discussed with fire and offered discount and they agreed. So now I'm not sure how to return the $20 discount to the buyer. And now I see the item was listed by ebay!?
