Is there a different way to get a ahold of E-bay through the phone

It seems that in the past few days I have not been able to get through to seller support? I get through the first 2 options on the menu, but then the phone hangs up. Anyone know what else I can do? It have to check something on our seller account.

I thought I could list hundreds for free this is not being truthful I listed 4 items they are trying to charge my account $87 wth I'm broke.

Why can a seller or other just fill out a form for copyright infringement with no federal government proof and shut your site down. This is being used to shut competition down illegally rather then it actual intent.
