Refund for positive account balance

I have a small positive account balance with eBay that I've had for years. Every month they send me an invoice showing minus $10.42 due. I will not be selling again on eBay. How can I get this balance converted to a buyers cred or a refund?

Can't find SKU

When I list an item, it doesn't have any section that says SKU. Other sellers say it exists, but I can't find it. I only see the UPC. Is the SKU only for those with paid accounts?
