Anyone else with count in quantity listings off?

I had eight, have sold 5 in total. The one that sold today appears as a single item with no remining inventory. I have 3 left. Usually the listing says how many have sold and how many are left. https://www.ebay.com/itm/356773456085

Resolved! Why am I being charged a listing fee when I still have free auctions and 'buy it now's

So hubby has scheduled some listings that ended and they've all been charged a listing fee. We still have plenty of free auctions and 'buy it now' listings so why are eBay now charging us again? Anyone know? TIA
