eBay keeps telling me I can now "cashout my payout to a debit card for a fee" but I do not see that.

So now I guess for a fee you can transfer your payouts to your debit card.Not sure if this is a pilot program, only available to certain sellers, etc.But I've checked in my account and see no option for it.
