How to change a promotion in my Listings?

I am a Seller. I usually have a prmotion: Buy 3 Get 1 free. I recently created a promotion Coupon: Get an Extra 7% Off. I am trying to cancel this Coupon & go back to : Buy 3 Get 1 Free. How do you correct this? Tnx.

Trying to revise an active listing - and add a shipping service - and this is what I see.

What does this mean...? It doesn't show my current choice for shipping.And this screen doesn't look like the most recent shipping choice screen I see when I create a listing.I'm so sick of this.
