Resolved! Offers to viewers?

I receive offers occasionally from sellers when all I did was view the item. How do I do this to people who have viewed my items? All I see is the ability to send offers to "watchers"

Won't allow me to add recommended item specifics. NO window.

There is no window that opens up to a listing with item specifics. This is a constant problem for over a year. Sometimes the window is 2" wide, other times it's 1/2" wide. Right now, there is no window opening at all.

Unable to select free shipping

Made a few listings the other night and 2 out of the four that I selected free shipping changed to buyer pay shipping. I went back in hit revise and tried to select free shipping and save it but it reverts back to buyer pay....
