Why Don't You Pay For It?

Someone clicks on Make Offer. Wins the item, and doesn't pay. Then goes to another one of my items, clicks on Make Offer, and wins a second item. But doesn't Pay. I just don't get that.

Under the bulk listing tool Custom Label (SKU) Option says "N/A" on most of today's drafts.

Just as the title says - no option to put in a custom label for my warehouse locations, not in the bulk listing tool nor under a single listing's draft. Anyone else having this problem?
