from eBay asking to leave feedback? I don't get why eBay keeps asking for feedback on cancelled items.I try to delete them and they keep coming back. Is this normal? When will they fall off of "Leave Feedback"?

What is a good percentage for selling costs?

I offer free shipping for most items and Seller Hub says my selling costs are 26.8%. I feel like that's too much when you add the 12.9% fvf and would like to get it down as much without hurting my sales.
