ground advantage ebay discount?

will we still get the ebay discount for ground advantage like we did with first class? the reason i asked was i just used the shipping calculator and first class shows the discount but ground advantage does not.

Is there any FAQ's or help pages on the Inventory section of Seller Hub? I'm struggling to find any information on how to get started and the best way to use this page? It seems very buggy and not particularly intuitive. Any suggestions?
