Resolved! "invalid file" error message when uploading video with new listing tool

I've tried to upload videos using the new listing tool. I have tried several .mov videos that are all under 150MB, but each time I get an error message saying "invalid file". I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and would appreciate any advice!
