Resolved! HELP two shipping labels marked not shipped

Accidentally somehow bought 2 shipping labels for an order. Used one to ship the order to buyer, it arrived in their mailbox. But now it says multiple shipments and isn’t marking the order as arrived. How do I fix it?

Why are shipping costs paid by buyers included in Ebay final value fees??

Ebay calculates their final value fees by including shipping costs paid by the buyer....that does not seem fair. Final value fees should not include shipping costs!
