eBay applies their fees on sales tax???

We were just going over some numbers on our sales. We sold an item for $125 + $10 Tax. We see that ebay took 12.35% of the entire $135 and not just the $125 product. Is this an issue? Dont think I have seen fees taken from the sales tax.
