Message from buyer doesn't show in my ebay

Checked my email tonight and found a message from an ebay user advising me of a mistake on a listing - they were correct, I made a mistake and just fixed it. Here's what concerns me - the message doesn't appear in my "Messages" list on the ebay site....

I recently sold a work on art on eBay, and just listed a second one. But for some reason, I'm being immediately charged $29.92?! I don't recall that with the first item? Any ideas?
