What has changed on eBay?

Ebay is my main income in Ukraine. What they changed that completely eliminated sales and listing views. I enabled advertising, but it doesn't help. I've been selling for 10 years and now I'm just terrified. Thanks everyone.

How come there is no select choice for letter mail shipping in U.S. for postcards or photos

I'm seeing International letter mail rate at $1.50 but no select choice letter rate for the U.S. The closest is ground advantage which is a much more expensive as a drop down box choice.
