You can now cancel an order for “buyer didn’t pay” INSTANTLY instead of having to wait 4 days and give a buyer an unpaid item strike. Is this a bug or a new feature to do it so quickly?

Resolved! Switching to a ebay store

I'm already set up to sell on ebay and now I want to set up a store. My question is will all my items that are already listed automatically transfer over to the new store or do I have to relist all my items to the new store?
