Resolved! Does eBay Allow This?

A seller had an item I was planning to bid on today. There were no other bids. Seller ended the item and re-listed it as a BIN at double the price. Isn't this deceptive and unethical as a seller? Is it against any sort of policy?

page view sudden decline

My "active" listings can't be found when searching for it, and ther is no eBay phone help.

I've bought and sold hundreds of items on eBay. I tried listing a horse bridle and a horse bit a few days ago. In My eBay, it says that I have 2 active listings, but I can't find either of them when I look for them. What is going on?

How do you arrange local pickup?

How on earth do you arrange local pickup? Ebay's advice on this is archived, which I take to mean obsolete. I will require payment through Ebay before arranging local pickup. But the buyer has to know more than the ZIP code where the item is located....
