I rarely list shoes but I have a pair that are quite expensive. I have created a draft listing but nowhere does it mention authentication. Is this automatically applied after I make the listing live on Ebay?

Hello, I've had a buyer say they have not received an item. This I refunded. They have now said that they have received it and would like to pay. How can I invoice the buyer or open the closed case to receive the money? I do not have PayPal.
