Backing out after accepting off

A buyer made an offer an I accepted it. I later get a message saying “sorry I got a better off and do not need it”. Can I make them buy since this is not within the rules of backing out of a binding agreement?

When I click "auto relist" up to 8 times, does that mean it's a FREE listing. Or does auto relist charge the 35cents when the listings top 250?I always thought that auto relist meant "free", even if it tops 250.
